Our Small Group Personal Training sessions are fun, challenging and a great learning experience. Each creative full-body workout combines endurance, explosive and isolation training and includes compound, bilateral and unilateral movements. What does this mean? You get maximum results out of every session!

Group sessions are designed for 3-6 people. Our trainers are actively involved and will make modifications as necessary. You get a personal trainer's expertise and attention at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one personal training.
