SoDP has received several bids for the necessary Traffic Impact Study we need to conduct. We have chosen CBB Transportation Engineers and Planners. CBB is pleased to have summited their proposal for a traffic impact study pertaining to the proposed Spirit of Discovery Park and we need a partner to complete this task.

"It is our understanding that you are proposing a 64-acre fully-accessible theme park for those of ALL abilities. The amusement park will be specifically designed for everybody, including those with physical and mental disabilities and special needs. The park will include rides, a dog park, sensory areas, a greenhouse, playground, arcade and splash pads.

The focus of our analyses would be the afternoon peak periods of a typical weekday as well as the peak period of a typical Saturday.

It should be noted that no specific parking sufficiency studies and/or review of parking
compliance with the local parking codes is included in this scope. Furthermore, traffic impacts from special events will not be specifically evaluated as part of this scope." - President & CEO
