An Educational and Tasty Experience
Beth Dooley and her son Kip will host up to twelve guests to sample tasty bites from Beth's new cookbook, The Perennial Kitchen: Simple Recipes for a Healthy Future, pair local beers and wines with the dishes, and learn about Beth's inspirations for the book and the advantages of using local and sustainable ingredients.
More than a farm-to-table cookbook, The Perennial Kitchen expands the definition of "local food" to embrace regenerative agriculture, the method of growing small and large crops with ecological services. You'll also take home a copy of the book so you can incorporate these philosophies into your cooking.

Beth Dooley is a James Beard Award-winning food writer who has authored and co-authored over a dozen books celebrating the bounty of America's Northern Heartland. She writes for the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, appears regularly on local TV and radio, and publishes the Bare Bones Cooking newsletter with her middle son Kip.
