Immersive Cooking + 3-Days in New England = Tasty Therapeutic Getaway
What do you get when you mix one part perfect fall scenic hideaway, with two parts iconic Milwaukee chef, spread it over three days, and serve with a friend? The most colorful cooking collaboration Massachusetts has to offer!
You will visit Sandy and Angie D'Amato for three days of hands-on cooking at Good Stock Farm in Massachusetts.
Sandy and Angie are the former owners of Sanford Restaurant in Milwaukee. In 2013, Sandy published his first book, "GOOD STOCK: Life on a Low Simmer." The New England Getaway is three days of cooking some of these treasured recipes with Sandy while teaching you proper technique and tips of the trade along the way.
After each day of cooking, you will enjoy the just-prepared dishes along with special wines from their personal wine cellar and local vineyards. The weekend will include friendly games of pétanque, market trips, and a scenic fall tour of the area, modeled from the D'Amatos' experiences while in France and Italy.

- Experience for (2) to attend the Good Stock Getaway class (valid the first or third week in October 2022 and begins at 2 p.m. on Friday and ends 2 p.m. Sunday). The recipient of this auction item will be joining a group of up to six other like-minded students.. All food and drinks are included.
