-Habitat 67 is widely considered an architectural landmark and one of the most recognizable and spectacular buildings in both Montreal and Canada so much so that Canada Post issued a commemorative stamp for the 50th anniversary of Expo 67 featuring the structure.

-Condos inside Habitat 67 are never available to rent, yet tourists flock to the building in droves every day of the week. The building allows organized tours but the winner of this prize will get a front view seat into the landmark. The condo has been fully refinished and is outfitted with modern furnishings, stunning art, Ligne Rose leather couches and Design Within Reach accents. Wood floors, contemporary bathrooms, and a kitchen equipped with everything from induction stoves to Japanese knives.
