Tiny Tasters | Baby's First Bites is a video-based feeding class that educates mamas, dads, and caregivers on how to feed their little ones (ages 4-12 months) in a safe, fun, baby-guided, nutritious, and flavorful way.

A popular class taught all over NYC to hundreds of parents since 2014 is now available on demand!

Tiny Tasters | Baby's First Bites will silence the noise, and teach you everything you need to know about how to feed your baby in a safe, nutritious, baby-guided, flavorful, and fun way.

Nicole Silber, RD, CSP, CLC + Mom
I am a registered dietitian, board certified specialist in pediatric nutrition, and certified lactation counselor in private practice in NYC. I have a decade of experience working with children and families with chronic medical conditions, food allergies, picky eating, oral-motor and sensory processing disorders, infant nutrition, breastfeeding, gastrointestinal conditions, prematurity, underweight, and obesity. I have taught Tiny Tasters classes to hundreds of parents. I have and currently do work with various baby food companies, including Simple Starters by FoodieKid, Beech-Nut and Else Nutrition. I spent 5 years in clinical settings as a clinical nutritionist at NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital/Columbia and at NYU Langone/Fink Children's Ambulatory Care Center.

I live in Westchester, NY, and am a proud mama to my own three tiny tasters who help inspire my work: Lily (5 years old), Luna (3 years old) and Nessa (1 month old).

The class covers ages 4-12 months and includes 70 minutes of content including:

  • 11 re-watchable videos
  • 10 original baby food recipes
  • 15 handouts for quick reference

You will have access to the videos for up to 3 months.
