The casita is located on a two acre property speckled with fruit trees and an outdoor kitchen. Frequent avian visitors include the great kiskadee, Wilson's woodpecker, Montezuma oropendola, mot mot and toucan. There is a resident agouti and a troop of capuchin monkeys are occasional visitors.
