3 Sports Coaching Sessions

(3) 1-hour youth or collegiate level sports performance group coaching sessions with professional trainer Luther Glover, at their members-only training facility.

Their training and development philosophy begins and ends with an increase in individual skills through weight training, speed and agility, sport specific circuit training, and advanced nutrition techniques to encompass all areas of athletic growth. They assist athletes in developing mentally and physically through 4 elements: commitment, self-perseverance, accountability, and work ethic.

Luther Glover has worked with a number of pro athletes in the NBA, WNBA, MLB, and NFL and loves working with high school and college athletes.
