Caitlin Neal is a native of Columbia, Kentucky and graduate of Eastern Kentucky University's Interior Design program. Caitlin has been involved in the Lexington business and design community for the past 15 years.
As Vice President of Sales and member of the Leadership Team at ORI, Caitlin leads ORI's sales team, and helps guide both the day-to-day and strategize for the future growth of Kentucky's largest contract furniture dealer. ORI is a 76-year-old company with offices in Lexington, Louisville, Bowling Green, Nashville and Huntsville, and works with Lexington's leading organizations including University of Kentucky Healthcare, KEMI, Longship, Bluegrass Care Navigators, Lexmark, and many more.
Caitlin is passionate about promoting Lexington business and developing women business leaders, and is active in such organizations as Commerce Lexington, CCIM, and Women Leading Kentucky.
Caitlin is wife to Doug Neal and mother to Lafayette High School senior Colin Neal. She is currently following in the footsteps of Lexington Mayor Linda Gorton and other Lexington business leaders as Lafayette Band Association President for the 22-time KMEA State Champion Lafayette High School Band.
In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys cooking, travel, and needlepoint, and hosts an Instagram food blog called @HostfortheHolidays. The mission of @HostfortheHolidays is to empower the next generation of hosts to feel confident about and enjoy cooking for and hosting their family holidays.
