Jim Bosco - Jim is the current owner of Major Stokes restaurant & bar in Greensburg. He has worked extensively with local charities and believes firmly in giving back to the community his business serves. He serves on multiple boards locally and at the State.
Jim has also managed several nationally known restaurants in L.A., D.C, Atlanta, and Dallas and has consulted with Pittsburgh restaurants, hotels, and bars for the past two decades as CEO of J.P. Bacchus & Associates LLC.
In 1998, Jim began teaching at Le Cordon Bleu Pittsburgh and left as their V.P. of Education. He has also taught at Indiana University of PA and spent the last nine years as a Faculty Member at Seton Hill University. He earned his Master's degree from Robert Morris University and his Doctorate at Indiana University of PA.
Heather Ann Cordial - Heather grew up in Penn Trafford graduating from Penn Trafford high school and currently lives in Greensburg/Hempfield area. She is married to Chad Cordial and has two furry love dogs Enzo and Lila who are both rescues and the loves of her life! She is the Chief of Staff for Westmoreland County Commissioner Doug Chew and resides on the Elder Abuse task force board and Behavioral Health boards for the county. She is a MSgt in the United States Air Force for over 22 years as a Health Services Manager at the 911th ASTS, 911th Airlift Wing. She has volunteered at The Animal Friends of Westmoreland since 2014 and is an avid animal lover! She has a Master's degree in Leadership from Duquesne University, a Bachelor's in Sociology from Seton Hill, an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from Westmoreland County Community College, and an Associate's degree in Health Services Management from the Community College of the Air Force. She enjoys volunteering to support animal rescue/animal care efforts, veteran's efforts and supports many other local non-profits in the community. When she was 19 she was on Pittsburgh Steel City Angels dance team and had to resign when she went to basic training for the military. She attended all the dancing with the celebrity events in the past and is proud to be dancing this year as a celebrity! She said it's super fun to be doing actual choreographed dancing again! For fun, she loves working out, dancing, political campaigning, and volunteering. She loves her country, community, and all furry friends!
