Guarantee:
Guarantees are stated specific to each lot. Guarantee applies as long as embryos are implanted by a Certified Embryologist. In the case that the guarantee is not met, a maximum of two replacement embryos will be provided to the buyer and proper documentation from the Embryologist and Veterinarian to show no pregnancies resulted will be required prior to shipment of the replacement embryos. In the case that Pollard Farms does not currently own the donor, those embryos will sell with no pregnancy guarantee since replacement embryos cannot be made.

Shipping and Storage
The embryos will be housed at Pure Beef Genetics, 8618 S. Western, Perkins, OK 74059 Office: 405-334-2341. Embryos will be released into the buyer's name once payment has been received by SmartAuctions. No embryos will be released until payment has been made. Shipping arrangements and cost are the responsibility of the buyer. Pollard Farms will cover the storage cost for the first 60 days following the sale (until July 15, 2021). Any embryos that remain after July 15, 2021 will be put in an account under the buyer's name at Pure Beef Genetics with any accumulated storage cost becoming the responsibility of the buyer from that point on.

This Auction has a horse race style finish. Every time someone bids during the last 5 minutes of the auction the clock will extend 5 more minutes until no one bids for an entire 5 minutes. Please note that this countdown duration may be changed without notice during the auction.

SmartAuctions will invoice all buyers and release the lot after payment is received. A credit/debit card will be required ONLY to verify identity of bidders, but you will not be charged for your purchases on your card UNLESS you specifically choose that option or you have not paid for your purchases prior to 30 days after the auction closes. Your credit card will be charged if payment has not been received within 30 days after purchase or arrangements have not been communicated. If you pay with a card you will be charged a 5% transaction fee. If you pay by check after receiving an invoice via e-mail from SmartAuctions the 5% transaction fee is automatically waived.
