For students ages 6-18, this educational tool involves 6 hours of actual assessment, a feedback session, and summary report.
Psychoeducational testing is used to identify strengths and weaknesses in the learning profile; evaluate the presence of any learning disabilities affecting school performance; assess factors that may be interfering with the learning process (i.e., emotional, attention, etc.); assess the need for interventions, and provide tangible recommendations (i.e., type of accommodations, remediation, tutoring, placement, etc.).
The following areas are evaluated: Intellectual Abilities, Auditory Processing Skills, Visual Processing Skills, Oral Language Processing Skills, Attention/Concentration/Executive Functioning, Behavior/Emotional Functioning, and Academic Achievement Areas (Reading, Spelling, Written Language, Mathematics).
