In partnership with National CORE and collaboration with county and state homeless coordination efforts, Hope through Housing provides access to vital resources, helping individuals experiencing homelessness remain housed.
Focusing first on housing stability, Hope through Housing gives residents the space and clarity needed to address basic needs and medical, mental, and financial health. With a supportive community and individual coaching, residents then begin the process of developing strong supportive networks and start moving towards their long-term dreams and aspirations.
