About Jessica Hodkinson:

"Jessica L. Hodkinson serves as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, and a member of the Board of Directors of Panasonic Corporation of North America (PNA), which is the principal North American subsidiary of Panasonic Corporation, and the hub of its branding, marketing, sales, service, product development and R&D operations based in Newark, NJ. Jessica leads and manages all aspects of Panasonic's legal functions and services in North America, including compliance, litigation, labor and employment, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.

Since being in this role, Jessica has led the centralization of the legal organization in North America and established legal centers of excellence assembled by subject matter experts in four critical areas - data privacy, labor and employment, commercial transactions, and intellectual property. Prior to joining Panasonic, she held in-house positions in several large corporations including Avaya, Inc., Pfizer, Inc., and American Standard Companies, Inc. Before moving in-house, she spent several years as a litigation associate at New York City law firms focused on commercial litigation.

Jessica currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Panasonic Foundation, Inc., whose mission is to improve and increase educational opportunities for students to help them succeed in the global 21st century. In addition, she is a Member of the Board of Trustees of Volunteer Lawyers for Justice, a New Jersey-based legal service organization which provides pro bono legal services to economically disadvantaged adults, children and families.

In 2020, Jessica was the recipient of the NJBIZ 'General Counsel of the Year' award. In addition, the PNA Legal Department which she leads was the recipient of the New Jersey Law Journal Professional Excellence Legal Award for 2020 in the category of 'Legal Departments - In-House Impact".

Jessica graduated cum laude from the University at Buffalo and magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School.

Jessica is a member of the State Bars of New York and New Jersey."
