Our 2021 Gala & Auction will begin with a week of Silent Auction bidding, starting on Friday, May 7 and conclude on Saturday, May 15, at 3 p.m.

The Silent Auction will be followed by Boxed Dinners by Lorraine Lim Catering, which can be picked up from Lower Campus between 4-5 p.m. The Live Auction, broadcasted from the Upper Campus, will begin at 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 15.

Cozy up with delicious family dinners prepared by Lorraine Lim Catering with beer and wine from sponsors Topa Topa Brewing Co., M Special Brewing Co., Firestone Brewery, Topa Mountain Winery, and alumnus Michael Mondavi (L59). Meals must be pre-ordered and will be available for pick-up or local delivery (Ojai/Ventura).

Dinners are all sold out, however you may stop by on Saturday from 4 - 5pm and pick up beer or wine

Auction item local pickup will be held on Sunday, May 16, between 10 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Location: Ojai Valley School Lower Campus 723 El Paseo Rd. Ojai CA, 93023.

How to pick up winning items: If you are the winning bidder of a Silent or Live Auction item, you will receive an email and/or text message confirming that you are the winner. Please pick up your item on Sunday, May 16, or contact Wendy Tremiti in the Alumni Office to make arrangements for pick up or delivery within 30 days.

Shipping: We will ship your item if you live outside Ventura County. Bidders will be responsible for shipping and handling fees, which will automatically be added to the winning bid amount. Most shipping will be by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. We will do our best to package items so they arrive in good condition, but cannot be responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. We strongly recommend that you arrange for pickup of any delicate items, such as pottery or artwork.

We are unable to ship wine or alcohol.
