Individual Professional Coaching Program

Description: Wanting to grow professionally, ready to work at it and looking for some focused support in doing so? I'd love to support you. This will be an 8-10 session professional coaching program over the course of 3-5 months. Optional for 1-2 of those coaching sessions to be in the arena in EFL (equine facilitated learning) format. Whether you're looking to grow within a current role, make a transition to another role, improve on some very specific leadership skills or whatever the aspirations might be, our work together begins with a clear definition of your objectives for the program. I will support you in achieving these goals. By engaging in this coaching partnership, you are committing to the discovery and work required to achieve your objectives. As your coach, my role is not to provide answers or solutions for you but to help you find them; I will help draw out your wisdom of self and growth through inquiry, curiosity, observations and challenges.

A note from and about Jessy: I believe that growth is a choice. I have learned over time that facilitating or coaching for growth has more lasting impact than training for growth. The distinction lies in who truly owns the intention. I relish the opportunity to support my clients in their own choices and intentions to grow. And in so doing, I too never stop growing. With regard to specifics about me and my experience, I am an ICF certified Leadership Coach with 10 years of experience in professional and leadership development with McKinsey & Co. and more than a decade of experience in operational roles in big and small companies. I have a BA from Stanford University, an MBA from Harvard Business School and certification in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership. I am MBTI (Myers-Briggs) certified and EFL (Equine Facilitated Learning) certified through The Herd Institute.
