The apartment located on Rue de Monttessuy is at the heart of a thriving residential quarter in the 7th arrondissement, just two blocks from the Eiffel Tower, with a wide variety of restaurants and shops nearby. It is a short walk to many of the must-sees of Paris, including the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs Elysees, Les Invalides, the Musee d'Orsay, the Grand Palais and the Louvre. Rue Cler, one of the liveliest market streets in Paris, is a short 10-minute walk away.
The apartment has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plus a living room, dining room, kitchen, and small office. Both bedrooms have balconies with wonderful views of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is accessible by elevator, completely renovated and is equipped with wireless internet, cable TV, portable air conditioning units and a washer and dryer.
Occupancy is limited to four people. Dates to be mutually agreed upon, subject to availability, use by summer 2023. Christmas and New Year's weeks excluded.
