Enjoy some of the finest classic Bordeaux vintages still drinking today with an assortment of Right Bank and Left Bank wines, including a pristine, ex-Chateau magnum of 1995 Clerc Milon (Paulliac), a 1989 Troplong Mondot (St. Emilion), a 2000 Lynch-Bages (Paulliac), and a 2000 Chateau Lagrange (St. Julien).

1989 Chateau Troplong MondotSaint-Emilion Grand Cru ($200)
Château Troplong Mondot is a producer located on the hills of Saint-Émilion, on the right bank of the Gironde in Bordeaux. Typically for the region, Merlot is the dominant grape variety. Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc are also used in smaller proportions. This blend is savory and classic (wine-searcher). RP - 96 pts.

1995 Chateau Clerc-Milon Magnum ($270)
Château Clerc Milon is a wine estate in the Pauillac district of the Médoc, rated as a fifth growth in the Bordeaux Classification of 1855. The Cabernet Sauvignon-dominant wine is known for its supple texture (wine-searcher).
Winemaker Notes: The wine has a fine color with a garnet tint and a highly refined bouquet which mingles cherry aromas with toast, cedarwood and a more subtle hint of tobacco leaf. Very full in the mouth, it gives an impression of charm and nobility on nicely rounded tannins, which combine with well-integrated vanilla and toasted flavors in a long finish. Such distinction and generosity underline the class of this very fine vintage.

2000 Chateau Lynch-Bages ($300)
Winemaker Notes: The wine of Chateau Lynch-Bages is part of the lineage of the great Pauillac wines. Blended mostly from Cabernet Sauvignon, it combines structure and finesse, elegance and longevity. It is further distinguished by its opulence. Generous right from its youth, it develops more flavors and greater complexity as it matures. Blend: 71% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot RP - 97 pts.

2000 Chateau Lagrange ($80)
Chateau Lagrange was classified as a third growth in the 1855 Classification of the Médoc and Graves and is located in Saint-Julien, on the left bank of the river Gironde. Historically, there is evidence that grapes were planted here in the Middle Ages and that, at the time, the proprietors owned the largest wine-producing estate in the Médoc area. It was passed between many well-known wine merchants and families throughout the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries (wine-searcher).
Gorgeous, animal, bloody perfumed streak against fine black fruit. Lovely quality in the mouth, too, with puckering tannins at present, and a dense, serious quality of black fruit. This is a big, broad-shouldered wine, with deep, sinewy quality and a savoury depth. Very good indeed. (Tom Cannavan)
