A unique dining experience, customized just for you!

Chef Marc McDaniel will either prepare a gourmet 5-course dinner for eight guests (with wine!) in your home, OR he'll host a personalized LIVE Zoom cooking class for you and seven of your friends and family!

Chef Marc, who has previously been the private chef for a Los Altos billionaire, will plan and coordinate your in-person dinner with the winner of this gift certificate. He'll travel to you, anywhere from San Francisco to San Jose!

Marc will coordinate and plan dinner with you and requests that you select two favorite cuisines, which he will work with in planning the dinner. In planning and preparing the meal, he will take into account food allergies and any restrictions of your guests. Your in-person meal will include an appetizer, soup or salad, starter, entrée (with some restrictions), and dessert. The chef will bring six bottles of wine to pair with his courses. Marc can provide plates, silverware, and wine glasses if necessary.

If you prefer a virtual experience, Chef Marc will email you a list of the equipment you will need before the class, and will also provide a short video demonstrating the necessary equipment and kitchen items. The food you need/don't have in your kitchen will be purchased by Chef Marc with a Safeway or Instacart online order delivered to your home by those services before the scheduled class date. Before the online cooking class, Chef Marc will email you about your desired menu and will personalize the menu according to your allergies/preferences, and will provide Zoom meeting links and password. Chef Marc will coach you and your guests through cooking techniques.

Your in-person dining experience must be coordinated with Marc one month in advance, including a meeting with him on location at least two weeks prior to event.

If you choose a virtual cooking class, you will receive an email from Chef Marc with item delivery information one week prior to your cooking class.

The date of your either experience will be scheduled with Chef Marc and will be either Fridays or Saturdays. Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving are excluded.
