Stealthy, solitary, graceful, and powerful, Samson's beauty is impossible to ignore.

Now imagine having the opportunity to truly know him, and to play a key role in providing top-notch care for the animals of Brookfield Zoo by becoming Samson's VIP Lead Patron.

Although supported by many zoo guests through our animal adoption program, we are offering the opportunity to be the VIP Lead Patron for Samson.

What would this look like?
There are so many reasons to take part in this exclusive opportunity!

As Samson's VIP Lead Patron, your family name will be on display at the Amur leopard habitat for one year (beginning July 1, 2021). You will have special VIP access, allowing you to truly get to know this powerful feline. This includes:

• A front of house chat in front of the Amur leopard habitat with VIP parking, a cart tour and lunch for six.
• A Zoom chat or Birthday shout out with a member of Samson's animal care team.
• Regular video and written updates - allowing you up close and personal (but safe!) face to face access.
• Additionally, you'll receive photos, cards, and name recognition in the Chicago Zoological Society's Annual Report.

More about Samson:

Samson and his brother Jilin were born here at Brookfield Zoo to mother Lisa on April 18, 2018. Although he resided briefly at the Ft. Wayne Children's Zoo after being separated from his mother and brother, Samson recently returned to Brookfield Zoo while he waits for a breeding recommendation at another institution. Now two-years old, Samson is an energetic, curious leopard who keeps watch over the zoo from the upper rockwork of the exhibit. He loves to engage with enrichment toys, especially if they include meaty bones.

Under IRS guidelines, the amount of your contribution that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the excess of your payment over the value of the goods or services provided by the Chicago Zoological Society. The estimated fair market value of goods or services received in return for this contribution is $150.
