Thank you for supporting the school you love with a focus on health and safety! Your contribution will go towards elements of the cellar plans designed to improve air quality and ensure fire safety. This includes replacing existing air intake and filtration and mechanical equipment with new energy-efficient units that will increase fresh air to the wood shop by 186% and to the cafeteria by 400%. New HVAC units will improve heating and ventilation in both spaces and a new wall-mounted AC-unit in the kitchen will keep the space cool. New fire-safe doors and a new sprinkler and fire alarm system will ensure the safety of the space.

Thank you for supporting the school you love with a focus on curriculum.
We have all heard the expression "it takes a village" well, when you're talking about fundraising, it certainly does! Because they love our school so much and wanted to contribute, an ambitious group of 5th-graders came up with an idea to work on a collaborative project for our Fund the Future Event. Together they knit, crocheted, and felted a village! It just goes to show you how much our students value our outstanding school. Won't you show your gratitude to these young fundraisers and bid high on their village!!!
It has been an exciting year! The 5th-grade curriculum, as you know, is knitting(socks in particular). The children learned to knit in the round to make their socks, and they also learned to knit cables, complicated knitting patterns, and a few even explored Fair Island knitting. They were eager to learn new things; they certainly kept us on our toes! So, we decided to hand out "mystery patterns" to this enthusiastic bunch. The children were given a pattern and did not know what they were making until their knitting was complete. This activity was both fun and challenging for the students. We decided to put all their work together and make a quilt for auction. Made of plant-dyed wool, this "mystery quilt" is truly priceless! What will you pay to own it??
