Media: Oil paint on canvas, 30 inches wide by 24 inches high by 7/8 inches thickness. The painting is unframed and the edges have been painted to allow hanging without a frame.
This painting shows a composite image consisting of: two yellow stones, a Guard and a Biter, super-imposed over an image of some old curlers discussing their team's next shot. I call the painting, "Housekeeping No.3/Biter and A Conference". This painting is one of a series entitled: "Housekeeping" The first painting of the Houskeeping series was, "Housekeeping No.1/Red on the Button", and was auctioned by the club at The Beers of The World Bonspiel. The successful bidders were Steve and Katy Schaffer. The second painting of the Housekeeping series was, "Housekeeping No.2/Guards", and was also auctioned by the club at The Beers of The World Bonspiel. The successful bidder was Debbie McCormick, who told me it was a Christmas present for her husband and she intended to hang it in his office.
