Distilled from 90% rye and 10% corn grains grown on NY farms. Brown sugar, cinnamon, tropical fruit, and a hint of baking chocolate. 90 proof and 2 years old.

77 Whiskey New York Wheat

Distilled from NY grown 100% soft white wheat. Soft, warm, and easy drinking with notes of honey, toffee, and burnt orange, combined with subtle baking spices. 90 Proof and 2 years old.

77 Whiskey 100% Corn

Distilled from a corn mash. Sweet and savory: Think salted caramel popcorn with a drizzle of vanilla. Subtle baking spices and tannin. 90 proof and aged over 4 years.

77 Whiskey Bonded Rye

Distilled from 100% rye. A bolder version of our local rye and corn. Not your typical rye. Floral and fruity, think dried fruit and rosemary with hints of star anise and cloves. Bottled in bond aged over 6 years. 100 proof.

Brownstone Malt Whiskey

Distilled from 100% Malted New York Barley for a New York spin on a classic single malt Scotch. Rich hints of fresh orange, honey, and cherry on the nose, followed by a dry citrus mid palette and cinnamon, tropical fruit and a warm 100 proof finish.

Glorious Gin

Our original gin recipe distilled from wheat grown in New York in such a way to retain glorious gin's honey and buttery characteristics of the grain. We redistill our base spirit individually in batches with juniper, fresh lemon peel, fresh grapefruit peel, ginger and fresh rosemary. This method captures the unique qualities of each botanical.
