Join us twice per week for this progressive 4-week youth training program. Our Youth Performance program is a flexible, semi-private training environment for kids to build confidence and learn and reinforce healthy habits. Created and run by former college athletes, the program is designed to meet youth athletes where they are - whether they're new to a gym environment or competing in sports at a varsity level. Our trainers customize the program for each participant after an in-depth assessment. The best part: the participants have a great time and look forward to their time at the gym.
Expires 3/31/2022. Minimum age to participate is 12. This program is offered on weekdays at 3PM and 4PM. Winner should contact FLEXX to make arrangements and to find out schedule of availability.
