As this is an excellent birding area, Roaring Fork Audubon will provide a morning or half day birding field trip to hot spots in the Roaring Fork Valley. Locations could range from the Colorado River and Glenwood Canyon to the high altitude tundra on Independence Pass, depending on interest, physical condition, season and available time. Binoculars can be provided, and a copy of Birds of Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley: A Guide to Birds and Their Habitats from Independence Pass to Glenwood Springs, Including the Crystal and Fryingpan Valleys will be given to the winner as well.

The open floor plan home sleeps up to 12 and includes 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, furnished kitchen, two living rooms, multiple outdoor spaces, and gorgeous views. The property is also a certified natural habitat with regular wildlife visitors including 46 species of birds.
