1.5 hour composting consultation class at your home for up to 6 participants; includes additional 30min garden consultation for the host.

Compost is helpful for growing plants, improving soil health, and reducing waste from your home. You and your friends will learn about the various microorganisms that make good compost, the materials and proportions you need, and three main ways to create great compost: cold compost, hot compost and vermicompost. The in-garden consultation helps you identify compostable materials and find the perfect method and space in your yard.

Class should be arranged June 1, 2021 - March 30, 2022. Home must be located within the 7 Metro-counties of Denver, Douglas, Arapahoe, Adams, Jefferson and Broomfield.
