Please join us for our first ever Virtual Cooking Demo Fundraiser with renowned Chef Mike Ledesma of Perch and InstaBowl.
Chef Ledesma will be preparing shrimp* and grits, paired with a "Do a Little Dance" specialty cocktail featuring cucumber-infused vodka, hibiscus syrup, cappelletti, lime, burlesque bitters and hibiscus rose extract.
Follow along from the comfort of your own kitchen as Mike shares tips and tricks to cook like a pro. Participants will have the opportunity to submit questions during this live, interactive Zoom demo.
Dinner kits will be available for pick-up at InstaBowl (2601 West Cary Street) on Friday, 1/29 from 10am to 7pm and Saturday, 1/30 from 10am to 3pm.
Tickets:
$50 for dinner kit (feeds 2-4 people) + admission to the live cooking demo
$25 for specialty cocktail kit for 2
Proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit Greater Richmond SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now).
*For participants who do not eat shrimp, there will be an option to substitute chicken for shrimp when purchasing your ticket.
