Is it a PILL-eated woodpecker ... or a PIE-leated Woodpecker? Either way ... a "pileus" is a type of distinctive cap, a brimless, relatively tall or pointed conical hat, worn in ancient Greek and Roman cultures.

Measures 19.5" x 15.75".
