Dinner will be provided by Chef Mike, a local chef who's mission is to share healthy, delicious, and high quality meals in Sarasota, FL. Chef Mike has taken positions in Sarasota's finest restaurants; The Sandbar on Anna Maria Island, The Longboat Key Club, and Tommy Bahamas on St. Armand's Circle. He also spent 5 years in private jet catering, which gave him room to play with unique ingredients and let his imagination impress everyone's tastebuds. He is sure to impress you and your guests as well!

Chef Mike will come to your home at your convenience and prepare a 4-course meal for 6 guests. The 4 courses are chef's choice and will include appetizer, salad, entree, and dessert. Your dinner party can be any time - simply schedule your dinner party 2 weeks ahead of time.

Alongside dinner, enjoy French Bordeaux wines personally selected by our in house expert - Maestro Joseph Caulkins. When Maestro Joe isn't occupied bringing beautiful music to Sarasota, he and his wife, Michelle, can be found exploring France. Having spent time visiting wineries and sampling the finest France has to offer, Joe will provide his favorite French wine selections to accompany your dinner.
