With this package, you will receive a set of weighted rings which are 1.5 pounds each. The rings come with two sets of tension cords. You will also receive a full set of DVD workouts from Kim and a lifetime online membership to the 3X3FIT website to additional workouts, which are 20 to 45 minutes each.
