A First Team NHL All Star and Norris Trophy runner-up with the Wild in 2012-13, Suter has often ranked among the League leaders in ice time. Signing with the Wild alongside Zach Parise in 2012, Suter became the backbone of the Wild defense, averaging over 26:30 minutes of ice time in each of his first seven seasons with Minnesota.
