Enjoy a catered dinner for eight with Fr. Gabriel O'Donnell, O.P. Father O'Donnell will discuss the life of Bl. Michael McGivney, founder of the Knights of Columbus, and what is involved in a Cause for Canonization. Father O'Donnell was also the postulator for the Cause of Rose Hawthorne, founder of the Dominican Sisters of Hawthorne and the Cause for Father Paul of Graymoor, founder of the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement. Currently Father O'Donnell is Professor of Spiritual Theology as the PFIC and last year celebrated the 50th anniversary of his ordination to the priesthood. According to Father O'Donnell, the Canonization process is replete with fascinating stories and experiences that he is anxious to share.
Dinner will take place in the PFIC Board Room, overlooking the Catholic University of America and the Basilica, and will be scheduled on a mutually convenient date.
