Chef's pairing dinner for 8 guests in the Daxton Wine Room in Birmingham with Executive Chef Garrison Price and Madam's Sommelier, Liz Martinez, (2019 Food and Wine Magazine Sommelier of the Year) plus an overnight stay for two people in an exclusive Terrace Suite. This is for a mutually agreed upon date in 2022 through October 28, 2022.
Renowned chef Garrison Price serves as executive chef for the new luxurious Daxton Hotel and Madam Restaurant in Birmingham. Chef Price's enlightened American fare focuses on seasonality and the freshness emblematic of California cuisine. Chef Price has more than 20 years of culinary experience, most recently as the executive chef and culinary director of New York City's Il Fiorista. He also served as executive chef for three years at Manhattan's iconic il Buco Alimentari e Vineria and culinary director for Jean-Georges Vongerichten, overseeing 17 of his acclaimed restaurants around the globe. His culinary creations at Madam Restaurant have already graced several of the best restaurant lists since opening in April of this year.
