These three, premium limited-release whiskies represent unique expressions of distilling across North America. Each expression was crafted through measured selection of grains and finishing barrels, thereby imparting a range of flavors in the finished spirit which give each whiskey its own distinctive nose and palate.

These limited production bottlings are released in extremely small quantities and are extremely difficult, if not impossible, to obtain on the retail market.

Old Weller Antique Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 107ø, Aged 6-8 years, 2018 release

A wheated bourbon with full-bodied flavor and a balanced palate, Old Weller Antique is bottled at 107 proof, offering a complex taste and bold finish. It's certainly a recognizable member of the Weller label, with its own unique characteristics to compliment the high proof. The spirit is perfectly balanced and rich, as so endeavored years ago by William Larue Weller, a man who knew how great bourbon should taste. The nose brings notes of clove, vanilla and old leather. The body balances sweet fruit and vanilla with spicy undertones. A long and warm cinnamon finish, this bottling can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or would mix perfectly in an old fashioned. This limited-release bourbon has received several awards, most recently, a 2019 Silver Medal at the New York World Spirits Competition.

Cedar Ridge Single Malt Whiskey, Barrel No. 29 Chocolate Malt Aged 3 years, 80ø, 2016 release, bottle 265 of 354

Don't think Hershey's chocolate! Imagine true, dark cocoa essence. This hand-selected single malt, comprised of nearly 40% chocolate malted barley and 60% 2-row barley, spent three years maturing in a single-use white oak bourbon barrel prior to bottling in 2016. This Chocolate Malt expression is yellow gold in color. Intense vanilla and roasted caramel on the nose, creamy mocha on the palate, with a bittersweet cocoa finish. This barrel yielded a mere 354 bottles. A craft distillery located in Swisher, Iowa, Cedar Ridge Distillery was recently named 2017 Distillery of the Year by the American Distilling Institute.

Crown Royal Noble Collection 16 Year Rye Whisky Aged 16 years, 90ø, 2020 limited release High-aged ryes are a bit of a unicorn in the whiskey world; with the increasing popularity of rye whiskey in the United Stated, most expressions are aged in the in the 2 to 6-year range. This fifth annual release of the Crown Royal Noble Collection series features a specialty blend of Canadian rye mashbills, presenting a delightfully gentle whisky which exuberates both elegance and complexity. The nose is rich and wonderfully expressive with notes of cherry, caramel and creme brulee. On the palate is a delicate display of cracker jack and candy corn with a backdrop of dark cherry, plum and layered oak. A medium-long finish of baking spices and rye completes this uniquely Canadian rye whisky experience.
