Come unwind in this new construction 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home that is less than 90 minutes from Chicago in the lovely town of New Buffalo, MI for a wonderful vacation getaway. Our vacation home is located within blocks of the shops and restaurants in downtown New Buffalo and close enough to stroll to the beach where you can enjoy beautiful Lake Michigan or a breathtaking sunset. Our cottage is located on Merchant Street with street parking immediately outside the front door and an assigned spot at the rear of the house! The private heated community pool is also less than a block away if you want to cool off. The areas wineries, breweries and distilleries are just a short drive away for a wonderful weekend of touring and tasting Harbor Country's best. Our home is also in the perfect location to cheer on the Irish at all the Notre Dame home games in South Bend, IN, which is less than 45 minutes away. The house has a wonderful layout that allows visitors to spread out over three floors, with bedrooms and bathrooms located on every level.

The 1st floor offers a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, modern commercial grade stainless steel appliances and all the supplies you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Our dining room has comfortable seating for 8 to 10 at the reclaimed barnwood farmhouse table with extra bar seating for three at the island.
