• Underground Kayak Adventure for up to 8 people. Tour time is one hour. Kayak, paddle and all safety gear are included (personal flotation device, helmet and headlamp). Minimum age is 5 years old

Red River Gorge is a canyon system located on the Red River in east-central Kentucky, where mighty sandstone arches rise to the heavens and forest niches hide delicate wildflowers. This rugged region of geological wonder and natural beauty regularly astounds travelers, climbers, and outdoor adventurers.

Unwind and relax in your remote hideaway with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of living space, decks on both levels, hot tub, pool table, and fire pit.

Underground Kayak Adventure: No matter how hot it is outside, the Gorge Underground is a cool 55 degrees. Your guide will lead you into the darkness of the Gorge Underground and through the mountainside for a one-hour adventure under the earth's surface. Paddle your way through a 100 year-old flooded mine in a kayak as your guide explains the history of the cavern and how it came to be flooded.

Other Local Activities: Take part in more outdoor fun such as zip-lining, hiking, rock climbing or a trip to the Natural Bridge State Park. With our location being only an hour from the bourbon and horse capital of the world, also consider visiting Lexington, Kentucky.

Additionally, cabins are pet friendly, so don't leave your furry friend at home when they can enjoy the beauty of nature, too! *

PLEASE NOTE: This experience is available year-round and attracts visitors all 4 seasons. This area of the country has become very popular in the last few years, so reservations in advance are highly recommended and holidays have limited availability.

Item must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance and is subject to availability (shorter redemption periods may be available). All purchases are non-refundable. Packages cannot be resold and travel must occur within two years from date of purchase.
