What is included for up to 30 guests?

• A 3 hour time slot for your event

• BBQ or Italian Style Catered Meal with Dessert

• Beverages - including soft drinks, beer and wine (or soft drinks only!)

• Two Hours of Musical Entertainment (DJ or Live Music appropriate for the event)

• Tables, Chairs, Linen and Tabletop Decor

• All set up and clean up

Terms & Restrictions
The date selected must be mutually agreeable between Cheverus and the winning bidder between the dates of June 12, 2021 and August 22, 2021.

During these dates, all Sundays as well as 4th of July weekend (Friday, July 2nd through Monday, July 5th) will not be available.

All events must end by 8:00 p.m.
If your event must exceed 30 guests, Cheverus will work with the winning bidder to accommodate their needs, but the auction winner may be required to pay an additional fee per guest.

All auction sales are final. All items must be paid for prior to being received by the winning bidder. The winning bidder of this item will work with the Advancement Special Events Manager at Cheverus to execute the event.
