Reversible Microwave Bowl Cozy - Honey/Banana theme

When I decided to sew these bowl cozies, I was skeptical about how much I would use them. I like to microwave leftover soups, oatmeal, and vegetables, and being able to set the bowl in the cozy might save my fingers from burning. I had no idea how much I would not only use them but like them. Not only can you heat your soup, vegetables, oatmeal, etc. but you can walk from the microwave to the table. Potholders have become a thing of the past for microwave items. They work great for cooking but also look nice when serving at your table. You just set your bowl in the cozy and put both in the microwave. Typically, not more than 3 minutes and covered so things do not sputter. Frozen vegetables work great cooked for 3 minutes and then stirred, add a bit of butter, and continue to cook another 3 minutes. They look pretty at your dinner table and make it easy to pass around dishes. The bowl cozy is handcrafted with 100% cotton fabric and scrim-free batting.

Cozy is 7" across, 2 - 3 inches deep, holds bowls 6 - 8 inches across and up to 6 inches deep.
