Of all Bartkos works, none aroused more controversy than this one-act pantomime ballet, The Miraculous Mandarin. This ballet was suspended from production after only the first night. Bartok arranged the music into the present (and more successful) concert suite in 1927, a must listen for any music lover. The CDs are in like-new condition and must be picked up at CET or ThinkTV. Shipping is not available. Donor value is $12.
