Crooked Stave Vielle Artisanal Saison 2015: Each batch of Vieille takes on a soft Brettanomyces character and a complex acidity while conditioning in our large oak foeders. After conditioning in oak, we lightly dry hop the beer to finish it, lending a subtle citrusy hop aroma. Leading with lemon and lime citrusy hop notes, a subtle herbal spice, and a crisp tart finish, Vieille's character epitomizes artisan saison.

Fremont Cinnamon Coconut B-Bomb 2021: This special edition adds cinnamon and toasted coconut to complement the oak, cacao, leather, toffee, and dark coffee notes achieved from its extended barrel aging and barrel blending. Each barrel contributes a different note, and combining each barrel to create a coherent tone is a distinct art and true pleasure.

Side Project Raspberry Biere du Pays Blend #2: Raspberry Bière du Pays is our restrained approach to a fruited Saison. We added a thoughtful amount of Black and Red Raspberries to our Bière du Pays to not cloud the nuances of our lovely little beer, but to add a layer of soft fruit and color for a new experience. Our Missouri yeast and bacteria provide the layers of complexity to this farmhouse ale that was aged on oak for several months before being naturally conditioned in this bottle.

Side Project Montmorency Blend #1: Port barrel aged sour brown with montmorency cherries

Avery The Czar 2012: Behold the stunning crimson hues through the inky blackness. Inhale the noble Hallertau hops, spicy and floral. Savor the flavors redolent of English toffee, rich mocha, sweet molasses, candied currants and a hint of anise.

Russian River Brewing Damnation 2020: Damnation has extraordinary aromas of banana and pear with mouth filling flavors of sweet malt and earthy hops. The lingering finish is dry and slightly bitter but very, very smooth.

Casey Brewing and Blending East Bank Aged in Bourbon Barrels 2020: This is a two barrel blend of Colorado bourbon barrel fermented and aged East Bank. Assertive vanilla notes with rustic East Bank flavor.
