Artist statement:

This woodcut was originally created for a print exchange organized by Professor Dan Miller at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. It was recently exhibited in the PAFA allumni gallery in the show "Trade Ya" (2021) curated by Mia Rosenthal. The woodcut process used was reduction, meaning that the wood block was destroyed in the process and no additional editions of the print can be made. This was a limited edition of 19, printed in oil-based ink on cream-colored Stonehenge paper.
