Fulfillment

• Parking for one car in Little Caesars Arena Garage included. Game tickets and parking voucher will be delivered via e-mail the day before a game. No physical ticket will be delivered.
• ALL SALES FINAL.
• REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued if guests are unable to attend the specified game nor will tickets be transferred to a different date. If the game is postponed, tickets will be transferred to the new date. A refund will only be administered if the game is permanently canceled or attendance is discontinued due to National Hockey League (NHL) and/or state / local government restrictions.
• Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

COVID-19 Arena Policies

• Face masks are mandatory inside our venues at all times except when actively eating or drinking. Guests can wear your own face covering, including homemade masks or scarfs, as long as they cover your nose and mouth. Please Note: Neck gaiters, bandanas and masks with valves or vents are not permitted at Little Caesars Arena.
• Each person in your ticket group must complete a provided, REQUIRED Gameday Wellness survey no more than 24 hours prior to entering Little Caesars Arena.
• All bags, purses, & clutches are prohibited. Medical bags will be allowed after X-Ray inspection.
• Outside food & beverage is not permitted in the arena.
• Ticket package winner will be provided and can review the full Guest Safety and Health Handbook prior to attending the game to learn about the new safety policies at Little Caesars Arena, as well as the ticket terms and COVID-19 warning.
