AUCTION RULES

The Silent Auction will be open for bidding now and each ticket package will be closed at least 24 hours PRIOR to the game date and is outlined in the details of specific packages.

BIDDING

Placing a bid is entering into a legally binding contract. Bidders who win an item will be held responsible for the current amount that they bid.
Must be at least 18** years old to bid. Bidders must be able to verify their age upon request.

PAYMENT

Payment will be automatically captured at the close of the auction.
Credit card is the only form of payment accepted.
Payment must be captured before items will be released.
If there are any issues capturing payment, we reserve the right to offer the item to the second-highest bidder within 10 business days.

FULFILLMENT/DELIVERY

Parking for one car in Little Caesars Arena Garage included. Game tickets and parking voucher will be delivered via e-mail the day before a game. No physical ticket will be delivered.
All Sales Final.
REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued if guests are unable to attend the specified game nor will tickets be transferred to a different date. If the game is postponed, tickets will be transferred to the new date. A refund will only be administered if the game is permanently canceled or attendance is discontinued due to National Hockey League (NHL) and/or state / local government restrictions.
Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
