A CCA Emerald Coast Chapter member has donated a one week stay in their beautiful Colorado vacation home. The house is 3BR/3BA. Brand new appliances and washer/dryer. Downstairs bedroom has a bunk bed, a twin and a trundle, so easily sleeps 4 kids. Both bedrooms upstairs function as master bedrooms with King Size beds and luxurious ensuite bathrooms. The house is fully stocked with high end linens and towels, kitchen fully stocked as well. The big draw for this house is the community. It is located at The Ranch at Roaring Fork. This is a 400 acre development encompassing 2 1/2 miles of the Roaring Fork river, which is teaming with rainbow trout and is a huge draw for flyfishers! You must be an owner or a guest of an owner to fish in the river, and the fishing is great! The stay includes 2 fishing badges. You must comply with rules of the community for hours of fishing. The community consists of approx. 150 homes/condos, so there is tons of trails, an equestrian area, a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, and even a playground for the kids. It is in close proximity to Glenwood Springs, where you will find hot springs, an amusement park, hiking and biking, white water rafting, and about a 30 minute drive to get to the ski slopes in Snowmass or Sunlight. There is a weekly rodeo nearby during certain times of the year, farm to table dinners at the slopes, food and wine festivals...the list goes on! There is so much to do here year round! Nearby airports include: Denver, Grand Junction, Eagle, Vail, Aspen. Different airports offer more flights certain times of the year. Denver is typically the cheapest, but requires a further drive. Normal rental rates in this area start at $2,100/week and up. Tonight, you can score a great deal while also contributing to CCA! Guests are responsible to pay the cleaning fee. ($215) The trip is based on availability. Black out dates are January 1 - March 31st of 2021. Trip must be used within 1 year of purchasing with a Saturday - Saturday stay.
