Four lucky anglers will enjoy some of the best fishing Panama has to offer. Aqua Adventures, Hooked on Panama Lodge is located on Punta Burica about 17 kilometers south of the town of Puerto Armuelles in one of the most beautiful areas of Panama. The area boasts a wealth of wildlife including howler monkeys and a wide variety of tropical birds.

Your trip for four anglers includes 3 full days of fishing aboard a 37' Deep Sport, 4 nights' accommodations at the lodge, ground transfers from David to the lodge, all meals and open bar at the lodge. You'll have plenty of time, three full days on the water, to land the fish of a lifetime!

World renowned Isla Montuosa, Isla Ladrones and the 1,000 fathom drop are all within a short run away. Giant Yellowfin Tuna, Black Marlin, Blue Marlin, Sailfish, Wahoo, Cubera Snapper, Rooster Fish, and Dorado are all frequent visitors to the waters off Panama.

The top season for sailfish is December - April, with the best months being January-March. Winter months tend to be better for billfish. The giant Yellowfin Tuna and Black Marlin are most frequent in the spring and summer with Tuna over 200 lbs. being commonly caught between April through August. The summer months offer a fantastic chance at the giant Tuna, Rooster fish, Dorado, and Cubera snapper.

The main lodge is 3,000 square feet and consists of the restaurant, bar and game room with pool and card tables. There is a large covered lanai so you can choose between outdoor or indoor dining. We have 12 individual cabins with 2 queen size beds in each. All are air-conditioned, studio sized cabins with private covered lanais and just steps to the beach, pool, restaurant and bar. Both the main lodge and cabins have tropical hardwood high beam ceilings, Spanish tile floors and plenty of space to relax.

This Pacific beach extends for 7 miles plus 2 miles of surfing beaches by the point. The ocean offers a bounty of fish, whales and other marine life. Punta Burica is predominantly undeveloped and is biologically diverse. However, there is a new road, electricity, and water which afford the residents an acceptable standard of living.
