The elevation at the cottage is 4,550 feet and the top of Beech Mountain is over 5,500 feet making this the highest Incorporated Town on the East Coast of the United States. Our cottage has been renovated in the past year with new flooring, windows, central air & heat, tankless water heater, new furniture and freshly painted. Easy and level (for Beech Mountain) access year-round. NOTE: In the winter, the town of Beech Mountain requires snow tires or chains. There are two roads to the home, so access is never limited as it can be in other areas of Beech. The parking is flat - no steep driveway here! There are just 8 steps to the front door - 2 at a time then a landing in between.

Amenities include:
WIFI, 42 inch TV in the living room, 32 inch TV in the master bedroom, DVDs for each TV, Washer & Dryer, wet bar, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, new gas grill, patio dining set, basic spices in the cupboard, fully stocked kitchen ( Keurig Coffee Maker & Crock Pot) lots of closet space, extra plastic chairs and sleds to use, a set of local trout flies to use if you fly fish, inside & outside dining for 10.....all of this plus a beautiful view of the ski slopes and Pinnacle Ridge year round.

This is a SMOKE and PET Free Cottage. Renters insurance and taxes are included. Must be booked on mutually agreeable dates and taken within one year of date of purchase.
