Restrictions:

• Harbor Shores on Lake Geneva: Valid Sunday-Thursday. Not valid June, July, or August. Not valid holidays (New Year's Eve, Memorial Day, Labor Day weekend) or special event dates (Special Event Sundays). Based on availability. Advanced reservations required. Call to check availability and make reservation. An upgrade to a Lakeview room with a balcony may be available for only $50. Must present certificate at check in. A credit card is required to hold the reservation. Tax is included. Any incidentals are the responsibility of the guest. Expires 2/28/22.
• Lake Geneva Cruise Line / Gage Marine Corp.: Certificate is good for one time use. If not all tickets are redeemed, voucher may not be extended and cannot be carried over to future dates. Voucher has no cash value. No refunds, exchanges or upgrades can be made. Certificate may only be used on the type of tour for which it is issued. May not be applied to other tours. Certificate is valid on the one hour, Geneva Bay Tour only. Any additional tickets or charges will be at the expense of certificate holder. Check tour schedule for exact dates that tours are available. Schedule varies by season. Turn in certificate and pick up tickets at ticket office at Riviera Docks prior to boarding. • Lake Geneva Ziplines & Adventures: Cannot be used for Saturday tours during June, July, or August. Reservations are required. Call to reserve tour date & time. Participants under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a participating adult. Participants must weigh at least 70 lbs and no more than 250 lbs and be a minimum of 7 years of age. Proper footwear (closed toe and secured heel required - no flip flops, sandals, clogs, etc.). Please arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time to allow time for check in. No cash value.
