Five nights for eight people in Iceland

Eight travelers will enjoy a beautiful lodge for five nights in Iceland chasing nature's most dramatic scenes of the Northern Lights! This magical island nation is often referred to as the land of fire and ice. Located near the Arctic Circle, Iceland known for its extreme contrasts, with large, shining white glaciers and active, smoking volcanoes. Here the unspoiled nature is powerful, present, and alive. The beauty of these majestic landscapes varies from moonlike countryside to black lava beaches, jagged fjords, and steaming fields. The land leaves you with a sense of pure magic, where you can easily imagine the Vikings of the past and other legendary sagas. Iceland is also one of the best locations for viewing the spectacular Northern Lights!

You will feel right at home in the incredible lodge - the perfect setting for extra privacy and a deep connection to nature, while being fully immersed in the breathtaking Icelandic countryside. The intimate setting and peaceful surroundings will help you slow down and soak up the special moments. The lodge has four bedrooms with baths, a spacious open-plan living area with sofas, a dining table, and kitchen, as well as a covered terrace where you can dine. A huge panoramic window in the living area provides a beautiful view across the valley. The basement level has another terrace and hot tub that offers incredible views. From October to March, this location offers the perfect spot for enjoying the breathtaking natural phenomenon of the Northern Lights, with its indescribable colors and flowing shapes moving through the dark sky, illuminating the artic night. It is like magic dancing somewhere between the Earth and the stars!

One evening you will have the opportunity to sample some traditional Icelandic dishes with a dinner that is prepared for you right in the comfort of your lodge. Your local hosts will bring to life tradition and history on a culinary journey through a typical Icelandic meal, introducing you to the flavors of the North.

Your group will embark on an unforgettable trek on pure ice during a private guided glacier experience on Sólheimajökull glacier, located in south Iceland. Accompanied by a professional guide who will meet you at the glacier, you will set off from the foot of Sólheimajökull, a frozen tongue of solid ice, and feel the thrill of walking across the frozen valley!

It is very important to book your vacation within one month of the auction. Bookings are based on availability of accommodations and must be used within two years from date of purchase. There is no refund for unattended or guest-canceled services. Restriction dates: July 15 to August 15 and December 20 to January 6. NOT INCLUDED: Airfare, ground transportation, and activities not listed in the inclusions.
