You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Federal and State Licensing and registration requirements - LSF and buyer shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations regarding the transaction of certain auction items.
Winners of any firearms that may be included in the auction, will be required to submit required paperwork (Form 4473) through a licensed Firearms Dealer in the state of their residence and pay any required fees. Houston area residents will process paperwork and receive firearms at the business location of the FFL holder representing the Lone Survivor Foundation. Out of area auction winners will have to provide contact information for an FFL holder in their local area and this will be provided to LSF's local FFL holder for proper transfer/shipment of the firearm.
