From the Walsworth Family at Toney Farm, Lebanon, Maine - We will raise one pig for consumption and coordinate butcher services. We lovingly raise the pigs in a spacious, wooded lot for the pigs to be happy and pigs like God created them. Expected processed yield is 125lbs to 175lbs. Includes purchase of one feeder pig, shots, all costs of food and shelter, and other incidentals as needed. We will make all arrangements for butchering the pig; however, the auction item winner will be responsible for all costs associated with butchering. The expected cost of butchering the pig is approximately $350.00 to $400.00. This price is subject to change because it is based on hanging weight, so please be prepared to pay a little more or a little less. Meat is expected to be ready for pickup in early July.

IMPORTANT - The auction item winner must contact us within 2 weeks of the conclusion of the auction. Failure to contact us within the 2-week time limit will result in the pig being unclaimed and retained in our possession with no refund of the auction bid. Real life happens on farms so we cannot make any guarantees. If the meat cannot be delivered as a result of our fault, we will provide a cash refund which will be prorated to offset incurred costs.
